Excellent ideas! Will most definitely implement some of these in my routine. My favorite exercises are the dumbbell and bench press. I do some small amount of peck-deck, but it’s my least favorite. I think, If beginners will add some leg exercises to their routine, they will get more results as compared to working out for only chest exercises. I have found a leg workout video that can be good for beginners.
