I am not going to tell you that implementing all these tips now will make you lean for a lifetime.
- It is better for you to study these strategies yourself and apply them until you find it in your own way. That way it will be a more personal experience.
- If you will implement at least two of these strategies, you will get lean. Guarantee.
- stop eating breakfast. Eat a small, protein-rich meal at around 1 pm.
- Eat a huge meal around 4 p.m. (60-70% of your calories). End the day with a protein-rich desert. About 500 grams of low-fat Greek yogurt will work.
- stop snacking.
- Stop drinking calories. Black coffee and sparkling water only.
- Never eat foods that increase your appetite or trigger overeating.
- Walk at least 10k steps every day.
- Learn how to reduce your stress without resorting to food, drugs, or alcohol. Get into the habit of meditation and breathing exercises.
- Get 8 hours of sound sleep every night.
- Take progress photos regularly and hang them where you can see them. If you're fat, you'll be tempted to change by looking at your photos and getting annoyed. If you're watching the progress from one photo to another, you'll see a persuasive fire lit under your ass that beats out the sun.
