If you don't have equipments then Body weight workout you can perform at home .
I also prefer home workout ✌
- Do proper warm up like dynamic streatching .
- Then go with pushups ( do all variation of pushups like normal pushup, diamond pushup ,inclined pushups ,decline pushup etc). And try to increase your limits on daily basis if you can do 10 eaisly try to do 15 then 20 …….
- Then most important squarts…….try to do at least 20 reps for 3 sets. It will boost your testosterone level.
- If you have pull ups bar you can do pullups also but take care of your form . Focus on your back.
- Plank - it will improve your core strength as well as stamina.
- After all don't forget to train your most powerful organ brain.
